Dr. Willie Richardson’s vision for Christian Stronghold Baptist Church and Alpha Community Development Corporation is to reverse the disintegration of families and society by providing leadership and resources, as one of the organizations in the community that can act as a catalyst to transform families and communities to be all that they can be. In order to realize its vision, Christian Stronghold and Alpha CDC will continuously develop and maintain programs that provide research, training and resources that enable community-based organizations to serve as family centers.

Alpha Community Development Corporation, formed in 2007, is a faith-based, 501©3 Pennsylvania corporation. Our mission is to support and enhance the long term economic and social livelihood of the Philadelphia region by facilitating and developing programs that will impact and transform lives through training, education, and counseling.
